Our Team

Dr. Caroline L. Cribari, MD

Dr Cribari is a Stanford trained board-certified psychiatrist specialized in reproductive psychiatry. She has been an associate medical director, vice chief and chief of the Department of Behavioral Health Services, El Camino Hospital, Mountain View, CA. She provides Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), medication management, cognitive behavioral therapy, consultations, and professional trainings. She is a speaker for Postpartum Support International (PSI) on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and for AssureX on pharmacogenomics testing to deliver caring, effective, personalized medical treatment. Her TMS practice is now part of Mindful Health Solutions.

Mark A. Hinton, MD

Dr Hinton is a board-certified adult psychiatrist and fellowship-trained child/adolescent psychiatrist with 20+ years of practice evaluating, diagnosing and treating patients with bipolar and depressive mood, anxiety, thought, eating, substance/alcohol use, occupational/medical-legal issues and post traumatic stress disorders. Dr Hinton is highly experienced in helping children/adolescents, adults, families and organizations obtain ready-access to evaluation and treatment services using video teleconferencing technology. His clinical experience has shaped his patient-centered and compassionate approach to helping civilians, veterans, active military members, children/adolescents and adults. Dr. Hinton is a semi-retired practicing psychiatrist, former adjunct faculty member who dedicates his time and efforts to assisting patients and organizations in need of expert psychiatric care. He delivers diagnostic evaluation and medication management services online where patient safety and well-being are paramount.

Dr. Lucia Cheng, MD

Dr. Cheng is a telemedicine-focused, board-certified psychiatrist specialized in peripartum psychiatry. She has been actively practicing telepsychiatry for 7+ years. Dr Cheng has over a decade of experience in clinical practice helping a diverse patient population across outpatient, in-patient correctional and governmental program settings. She is passionate about how telepsychiatry can help increase patient access whilst improving provider efficiencies. Apart from telemedicine, Dr. Cheng is involved with many technology startups that have helped her stay involved and learn of the latest technology innovations and how those could help pave the wave for a robust telepsychiatry platform. She serves as a mentor and clinical specialist at PsychOnline.

Nirav Dalal

Mr. Dalal has experience as a management consultant with Deloitte and as an independent consultant. In addition to his healthcare and consulting experience, Mr. Dalal has over 10 years of experience in the technology space. Mr. Dalal holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a B.S in Computer Science from Denison University.

Alpita Shah

Ms. Shah is a serial healthcare services entrepreneur. Before founding PsychOnline LLC with Mr. Dalal she co-founded a radiology services firm with Mr. Dalal. In addition to her entrepreneurial experience, Ms. Shah has worked for KCI, a biomedical devices company, and Frost and Sullivan as a healthcare analyst. Ms. Shah holds an MBA from University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Life Sciences from India.

Scott Larsen

Mr. Larsen has worked in the telemedicine industry since 2004. Prior to joining the PsychOnline LLC team, Mr. Larsen was the VP of Sales and Marketing for Professional Radiology Solutions (PRS). At PRS he created the teleradiology services division and grew the business to include medical facilities across the United States. Mr. Larsen has also served as a technology executive. Mr. Larsen holds a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University in International Finance, with an additional major in Korean, and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
